A Variety of Meats

    We brine our beef for 3-4 weeks in our spicy spice blend then smoke them for 1-2 days. This pastrami has been compared to New Yorks finest.

  • Spare Ribs

    Grilled Santa Maria Style, then braised to super tenderness. These 13 bone racks are extremely tender and meaty full cut sides of ribs.

  • Brisket

    Our Brisket is slow smoked, Texas bbq inspired. Ours has a brown sugar and habenero coating for and nice sweet start with a little tingle to follow. Our brisket is $9.00 per lb.
